Who ARE we
What do we stand for?
Transformative Educational Solutions is committed to providing at-risk youth with opportunities for growth, development, and reintegration. We believe in rehabilitation over punishment, fostering positive change through structured programs that address the root causes of criminal behavior. Our work ensures that youth in secure facilities receive the support and guidance needed to build better futures.
What is our mission?
Our mission is to reduce youth recidivism by equipping young individuals with essential life skills, education, and career pathways. Through collaboration with juvenile justice agencies, we design and implement diversion and behavior modification programs that replace punitive measures with constructive engagement.
Where are we heading?
We are expanding our impact by integrating innovative programs like the NBA 2K E-Sports League, which introduces structured team-building and leadership development through gaming. By continuing to form partnerships and invest in proven rehabilitation methods, we aim to transform juvenile facilities into environments that inspire growth, accountability, and success.
Who Runs The Organization?
Transformative Educational Solutions is led by a team of experts in juvenile justice reform, education, and youth development. Our collaborative approach includes partnerships with community leaders, restorative justice professionals, and organizations dedicated to fostering change.
NBA 2K E-Sports Program
In partnership with NBA E-Sports teams, we are launching a juvenile justice E-Sports league to engage youth in underserved communities. Gaming serves as more than entertainment—it is a powerful tool for skill-building, mentorship, and structured competition.
What Skills Are We Building?
- Communication: Encourages open dialogue and expression.
- Problem-Solving: Develops critical and creative thinking.
- Trust: Strengthens relationships through reliance on teammates.
- Conflict Resolution: Helps youth navigate differences constructively.
- Leadership: Provides opportunities for guiding others.
- and more…

How It Works
- Monthly guest speakers lead discussions on accountability, emotional intelligence, mental health, trauma, and leadership.
- Each facility will have a dedicated NBA 2K gaming space, equipped with PS5 consoles, headsets, Wi-Fi, and televisions.
- Youth will form teams, select team names, and wear custom jerseys.
- Each facility will have up to three teams of five players, with two alternates per team.
- Teams will engage in structured competitions, with positive sportsmanship encouraged.
- A 20-game season leads to an 8-team playoff, culminating in a best-of-three championship series.
This initiative not only introduces youth to E-Sports but also provides mentorship, structure, and pathways for future opportunities—both in gaming and beyond.

Why Support This Effort?
Rehabilitation Over Punishment: Emphasizing rehabilitation allows young offenders to reintegrate into society, thereby reducing recidivism rates. Positive Outcomes: Effective juvenile justice programs can facilitate improved educational and employment opportunities, enabling youth to become productive members of society.
Addressing Root Causes: Many young offenders grapple with underlying issues such as trauma, poverty, or mental health challenges. Supportive programs can target these root causes, fostering healing and personal growth.
Community Safety: By steering at-risk youth away from criminal activities, communities can enhance safety and cohesion.
Equity and Fairness: The juvenile justice system often disproportionately impacts marginalized communities. Advocating for reform can promote fairness and equity within the system.
Empowering Youth: Supporting these initiatives empowers young individuals to take control of their lives, fostering personal responsibility and developing leadership skills.
Cost-Effectiveness: Investing in preventive and rehabilitative programs tends to be more cost-effective than incarceration, ultimately conserving public resources in the long term.
